Communication to Expect:

  • confirmation email is sent out once your appointment is on the schedule

  • Reminder emails are sent out two days before scheduled cleaning

  • Cleaners reach out the night before cleaning VIA TEXT

Last minute cancellations may result in a $45 cancellation fee which will be forwarded directly to your scheduled cleaner to compensate them for a missed work opportunity.

PETS

There is no up-charge for pets however it helps us immensely to know if pets live in the home. Although all of our cleaners are pet friendly we want to make sure we do not send a cleaner with allergies to your pet. We also want to make sure cleaners are aware of pets in the home so they don’t get startled by a dog or let sneaky cats slip out the door. Please make sure any aggressive animals are crated or left in a closed room that does not need to be cleaned. We are happy to let dogs or cats out into a fenced yard upon request. Always feel free to leave treats for the cleaners to give to pets.

After every cleaning Squeaky Green sends out an email that will give you the opportunity to leave notes and feedback about your cleaning experience

Please take time to reply so we can perfect our service.

This helps us reward cleaners with promotions and bonuses, re-train cleaners on certain tasks they may not have mastered, and keep in touch with your changing needs while maintaining a consistent quality.

ALL THINGS PAYMENT

 

Squeaky GREEN CHARGES $50 PER CLEANER PER HOUR.

  • You can always set your own price by establishing a cutoff time. If you would like to set a cutoff time or work within a set budget please make sure to convey this prior to your cleaning.

  • Ultimately Squeaky Green charges based on the time spent cleaning the home because of this we can only give estimates not quotes.

  • Squeaky Green does not itemize any cleaning tasks so there is no extra charge for things like dishes, laundry, cleaning the inside of appliances or the inside of windows. Cleaners can do any extra cleaning tasks is asked, within their comfort zones.

  • Squeaky Green charges your on file credit card after the cleaning is completed. If you do not have a card on file you can submit your info here - Put A Card On File

  • If you would like to tip your cleaner please send a Venmo Payment to @squeakygreen marked “tip” an we will forward it to your cleaner

  • There are only two possible fees you can be charged by Squeaky Green. One is for last minute cancellation and the other is for out of area service. These fees are forwarded directly to your cleaner for gas or a missed work opportunity.
